Identifying their major problems with the cart, empathizing with them. Researching and brainstorming with different user personas like what they do, what they think, what they feel.
Analysing their budgets and financial conditions, their prime need and thinking of different suitable solutions for them with the cart.
For sustainable and ergonomic product its material is very crucial, and after various research I found that there are two materials bamboo and aluminum which when used will be suitable both financially and sturdily.
